Returns
Hey OGs, if you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we've got you. You can return your merch for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order and a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. If your order was received damaged please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
•Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
•Limited edition items are final and cannot be returned
•Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use in order to receive a refund or store credit
•Refunds must be made to the original payment method
•Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable

Follow the steps in the portal to request your return. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email. Using the provided label, drop off your package at any Post Office or USPS location.
Once your return is received, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to your requested refund type. Refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account.We're sorry your item didn't arrive as expected. Please contact us here to process your request. Damaged returns need to be received within 30 days
If your package is showing delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us to start the claims process with the shipping carrier.
